Description: Testimony in opposition to New Section 9 of House Bill 2102, which provides that on and after July 1, 2001, the Secretary of Transportation is prohibited from requiring that plans and specifications, for any proposed highway or bridge project, be submitted to the Department of Transportation utilizing the metric system of measurement.
