Executive Reorganization Order

EROs are provided for in the Kansas Constitution. They enable a Governor to transfer, abolish, consolidate, or coordinate agencies and functions within the executive branch of state government. Legislative and judicial agencies and constitutionally delegated functions of state officers and boards are exempt from EROs.
