Title: Stream Flow Augmentation of Rattlesnake Creek

Description: Stream flow augmentation was one of a number of the management strategies introduced in the June 29, 2000, Rattlesnake Creek Management Program Proposal by the Rattlesnake Creek/Quivira Partnership to address stream flow shortages due to fluctuating aquifer levels in the subbasin. 2005 Session HB2482 ยง 76 (d) directed the Kansas Water Officer to "complete a study on augmentation of the Rattlesnake creek basin and report the results of the study to the House of Representatives agriculture and natural resources budget committee on or before February 1, 2006." This report is in response to that directive.
