The annual reports provide a summary of the activities of the Consumer Protection Division, including the division's responsibilities under the Consumer Protection Act and education, investigative, and filing of enforcement actions against violators of the Act. The Consumer Protection Division also enforces the Kansas Charitable Organization and Solicitations Act, the Funeral and Cemetery Merchandise Agreements Act and the Kansas Cemetery Corporation Act.
