| Description: | For the past eight months, Kansas citizens have had a toll free number to call for questions
regarding their child support case, thanks to the state’s new Child Support Enforcement (CSE)
customer service call center. The call center, located in Halstead, KS, began a phased implementation last September. All regions have now been successfully launched and the call center is officially ready to receive calls from customers across the state. |
