Authors: Kansas Bioscience Authority
Issue Date: 12-Oct-2006
Description: "The Kansas Bioscience Authority (the “Authority”) was created and established with the enactment of the Kansas Bioscience Authority Act (the “Act”), thereby creating the Authority as a body politic and corporate, and as an independent instrumentality of the State of Kansas.
