Kansas Transportation Research and New-Developments (K-TRAN) is an ongoing research program in to transportation needs of the state of Kansas. The program uses staff and funding from the Kansas Dept. of Transportation, Kansas State University and the University of Kansas. Transportation specialists from the three institutions work together to develop the program projects.
