Agriculture, Department of--Big Bend Groundwater Management District No.5 Minutes

Big Bend GMD covers all or parts of Barton, Edwards, Kiowa, Pawnee, Pratt, Reno, Rice and Stafford Counties. The groundwater management district was created for the proper management of the groundwater resources in the region to aid in conservation of groundwater resources to prevent economic deterioration in the area due to water problems. All groundwater management districts must comply with Kansas laws and regulations.
