Electric Transmission Authority, Kansas (KETA)
KETA was created in 2005 under HB 2263, the Kansas Electric Transmission Authority Act. Their mission is to ensure reliable operation of the electrical transmission system, encourage use of Kansas energy through improving the transmission infrastructure and to aid in the growth of the Kansas energy economy.
