Title: Parkinson seeks agricultural disaster designation for seven counties

Description: Governor Mark Parkinson sent a letter today to U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack asking that he declare Bourbon, Chautauqua, Hamilton, Haskell, Meade, Montgomery and Stevens counties agricultural disaster areas for crop production losses due to severe weather between April 27 and July 8.
