Description: Testimony in opposition to amendments made to Senate Bill 368. KDOT supports the original bill, which would require DUI offenders to have ignition interlocks installed on their vehicles to prevent them from driving if they had been drinking, and then provide proof of installation. The amendments remove the requirement to provide proof of installation, which will make it easier for DUI offenders to circumvent the law.
