"HB 2926 would require KDOT (and allow the Kansas National Guard) to provide the equipment and personnel necessary to demolish severely flood-damaged residential structures when requested by any city in any county declared eligible to receive federal assistance by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster declaration FEMA-1711-DR."
