The Statewide Assessment conducted for the Child and Family Services Review has provided an opportunity for the State of Kansas to take a comprehensive look at the goals, performance, and outcomes of the child welfare service delivery system. By reviewing the programs and processes that assure safety, permanency and child well-being the state has gained valuable information which will be used in developing and improving programs and services.
